Daripada keburu abis masa "berlaku"-nya mendingan dibikin baso tahu, nunggu tukang baso tahu yang suka lewat depan rumah sampe keringet darah juga ga bakalan datang :-)&lt;br /&gt;Kalo susah dapet ikan tenggiri pasta, bisa juga ganti kabeljauw atau ikan putih lainnya, rasanya kurang &lt;em&gt;najong&lt;/em&gt; tapi ya daripada ga ada....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_uiuhHlKMc-c/SXcni0QWYiI/AAAAAAAAAEc/mfnkJcL1vD0/s1600-h/IMG_1849.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_uiuhHlKMc-c/SXcni0QWYiI/AAAAAAAAAEc/mfnkJcL1vD0/s200/IMG_1849.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5293743366093562402" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;500 gr pasta ikan tenggiri&lt;br /&gt;350 gr tepung sagu (krn ga ada aku pake tapioka)&lt;br /&gt;20 lembar kulit pangsit&lt;br /&gt;200 gr tahu putih potong jadi 8 bagian, kerok bagian tengahnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu :&lt;br /&gt;5 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;3 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;(bumbu penyedap, optional)&lt;br /&gt;1 telor&lt;br /&gt;air hangat secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus kacang, haluskan :&lt;br /&gt;200 gr. kacang tanah matang giling (bisa ganti pindakaas)&lt;br /&gt;4 cabe merah&lt;br /&gt;4 cabe rawit&lt;br /&gt;2-3 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;20 gr gula merah&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm air asem (atau cuka)&lt;br /&gt;250 ml air matang&lt;br /&gt;Rebus semua bahan sampe matang dan kental&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pelengkap :&lt;br /&gt;Telor rebus&lt;br /&gt;Kentang rebus&lt;br /&gt;Kerupuk kampung&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu kacang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bikinnya :&lt;br /&gt;Gerus bawang puting dengan garam &amp; gula sampe halus.&lt;br /&gt;Campur bumbu halus dengan pasta ikan sampe rata, boleh dirasai kalo kurang afdol tambahin lagi garam atau penyedap. Kebetulan masih ada sisa oncom kering yang yang sudah diolah berbumbu untuk isi comro dibawa uwaknya sanne dari garut pas dateng kesini ngunjungi sanne.
